Matthew Joseph was born in the small town of La Canada Flintridge, CA., where his first job as a teenager was as a receptionist at a local boutique real estate brokerage. As he began considering colleges, San Francisco was at the top of his list. Right away, the fresh ocean air, cultural diversity and beautiful topography sealed the deal. San Francisco was to be his new home.
While in college Matthew pursued a career in real estate. He has worn many hats in the real estate world since then. Starting out as an assistant, onto transaction coordinator he transitioned into a full-time buyer’s agent. He then moved on to sell new construction as a listing agent.
Matthew thrives on organization and systems. Innately meticulous, he loves checking things off his list. If the Solaegui team were a house Matthew would be the foundation. Fully licensed and head of operations, he can show property and execute documents on-the-fly. His can-do attitude pairs nicely with his innate desire to systemize, optimize and organize the work around him.
Involved from start to finish, you’ll find him popping in and out of every transaction. Whether it’s facilitating staging, appraisals, inspections, documents, timelines, broker tours or even contributing to the creative process of a remodel.
He’s happiest when he can bring calm and clarity to an otherwise stressful and nebulous situation through his meticulous temperment.
